Last updated: 31 October 2026. Please read these terms when using this website. They apply to this website (weareomada.eu) and to its content and enquiry tools. A particular language-services assignment is governed by the quotation, scope and other terms agreed for that assignment.
1. The website and its operator
The website presents the services of OMADA – D. Moutafis & Co., 61 Panepistimiou Street, Athens 105 64, Greece (“OMADA”, “we” or “us”). You can contact us at info@weareomada.eu. The site is intended to help visitors learn about our work and contact us; browsing it does not create a client relationship.
2. Information about our services
The site describes translation, official translation, revision, linguistic quality assurance, terminology management, localization, multilingual content and SEO, AI-supported translation and transcription, multimedia, desktop publishing, accessibility and localization testing. Descriptions, articles, FAQs, case studies and examples explain possible approaches. The suitable workflow, people, technology, quality checks, output and timetable depend on the actual files, languages, audience, intended use and agreed brief.
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but website content is general information. It is not individualized legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, nor a promise that a particular result or service is available for every project. References to previous projects or outcomes do not guarantee the same result elsewhere.
3. Estimates, enquiries and uploaded files
The online calculator displays an indicative, non-binding range, generally excluding VAT. It cannot assess every feature of a project, including file quality, specialist terminology, layout, certification requirements, turnaround or additional review. A price, delivery date and scope are confirmed only after we review the request and issue a tailored quotation. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either party to commission or accept work.
If you use an active contact or quote form, provide accurate details and only send files that you are entitled to share for assessment. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information; contact us first to agree appropriate handling if special protection is needed. Our Privacy Policy explains how submitted information is handled.
4. Project orders and professional requirements
A project proceeds under the accepted quotation or other agreed written terms, including the languages, deliverables, intended use, revision level, deadline and payment terms. Any source changes, urgent requests or extra work may require a revised scope, fee or schedule. For an official translation, tell us the receiving authority and its requirements before accepting a quotation; the form of certification or acceptance cannot be assumed solely from the website description.
Where AI or machine translation is appropriate, we define the use of technology and the level of human review in the project scope. Website descriptions of AI-supported workflows do not mean that every document is processed by AI or that an automated output is ready for formal use without agreed review.
5. Copyright and marks
Unless indicated otherwise, OMADA owns or is authorized to use the website’s text, design, graphics and other original content. Copyright, trademark and other applicable rights protect them. You may view and save a reasonable copy for personal, internal evaluation or educational reference, with the source acknowledged. Commercial reuse, republication, adaptation, systematic extraction or distribution requires prior written permission, except where law permits it.
OMADA’s name and marks remain ours. Client, partner, certification-body and other third-party names or logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer rights or imply an endorsement beyond what the relevant page actually states. You retain rights in the material you send us and confirm that you have authority to provide it for the requested assessment or work.
6. Responsible use
Use the site lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not try to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use forms for spam or abusive automated traffic. We may restrict use that threatens the site or other users, subject to applicable law.
7. Privacy and external websites
For information about personal data, files, technical logs and your rights, see the Privacy Policy. Links to external sites are provided for context or convenience. Those sites are controlled by their respective operators and have their own content and terms. A link is not, by itself, an endorsement.
8. Availability and corrections
We may update, correct or temporarily interrupt the site for maintenance or technical reasons. If you find an error or need to check whether information applies to your project, please contact us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OMADA is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website content, temporary unavailability, or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and any agreed project terms remain effective.
9. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may revise these website terms and will post the updated text and date here. The version displayed when you use the site applies to that visit; a change to these website terms does not automatically change an existing project agreement. These terms are governed by Greek law, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply to you. We welcome a direct discussion to resolve a concern before formal proceedings.
