Learner taking part in an online course
At a glance

Online learning succeeds when instructions, interface labels and course material feel clear to the people using them. We localized English-language learning content into Greek for a digital education platform.

01 / The challenge

Keep learners in the flow

In a single session, a learner moves between several kinds of text:

  • lessons and course material
  • navigation and interface labels
  • assessment prompts
  • help content

Inconsistent terms or literal phrasing can interrupt that journey, even when individual sentences are accurate.

02 / Our approach

One Greek voice for platform and course

The work brought platform language and educational copy into a consistent Greek voice. Recurring terms were aligned across lessons and interface elements.

The text was also adapted for readability and for the space available on screen. Human review focused on three points:

  • Meaning: the Greek says what the source says.
  • Instruction clarity: learners know what to do next.
  • Tone: natural for learners in Greece.
03 / Delivery

Greek throughout the learning journey

The localized material supports a more continuous experience, from finding a course to following the instructions within it. Clear labels and consistent terminology help learners concentrate on the content.

04 / The value

Learning without language friction

When educational content and interface wording work together, the platform becomes easier to navigate and the material easier to use.
