Our client is a leading multi-language vendor for language services, providing translation and localization solutions to businesses looking to expand globally. Their online platform connects businesses with professional linguists to help them translate and localize their content.
Challenge
The client approached us with a request to help them localize the content of an operation’s management platform, an innovative software solution designed to help businesses manage their operations more efficiently. The platform is already available in multiple languages, but our client needed to add Greek to their list of supported languages to help their clients expand into Greece.
The challenge was to find a reliable and efficient way to translate and localize the content of the platform into Greek, taking into account the technical nature of the software and the need for accuracy and consistency across all translations.
Solution: To meet our client’s localization needs, they proposed using their online translation platform, which is designed to streamline the localization process and ensure the quality and consistency of translations.
The first step our client completed was to extract all the text strings from the platform and import them into their translation platform. This allowed our team of experienced linguists to translate and localize each string individually, ensuring that the meaning and context of the text were accurately captured.
Using our client’s localization platform also allowed them to create a glossary of terms specific to their client’s business, ensuring that technical terms are translated consistently throughout the project. Any changes made to the glossary are automatically reflected in all translations, reducing the risk of errors and inconsistencies.
The final step is to integrate the localized content back into their client’s platform. This is done using our client’s platform’s integration tools, which allows us to seamlessly push the translated content back into the platform, ensuring that all text strings are translated and localized correctly.
